When it comes to fitness, people often see it as a dedicated effort taking hours of their day. They may believe they need to walk and stretch a minimum of an hour just to warm up. They could also believe that working with weights requires another hour to do all the repetitions necessary. This could add up to a very long day, yet it is a false belief that exercise takes that much time.
When it is time to get back into shape, then it is time to get moving. A person might choose to begin their exercise routine with walking, but they need not walk for an hour. Stretching their upper body can be done as they walk to cut down on time. Lifting weights may not be necessary, or they could need only a short time on them. Working with professionals to asses their current condition and match it to their goals will help alleviate many of those hours of work.
